Eligibility for Returns:

Items can be returned if:

  • They are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or customized items.Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”Damaged items caused by improper handling or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Partial Refunds:

Items returned in a condition different from when received may qualify for partial refunds, subject to inspection.

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items of the same value, subject to availability.

Follow the same process as a return to request an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 2 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
